We’re back 1 June!!! We are excited to announce we will be re-opening our restaurant for dinner with the 20 patron restrictions, with a $99 Premium Tasting Set Menu showcasing the finest our Californian Japanese menu has to offer, specially created by Head Chef Thiago Miranda.

Seatings will be as follows:

Mon-Thu 6pm & 8:30pm

Fri 2:30pm, 6pm, 8:30pm & 11pm

Sat 12pm, 2:30pm, 6pm, 8:30pm & 11pm

Sun 12pm, 2:30pm, 6pm & 8:30pm

Bookings are essential and are subject to a $100 booking deposit per person.

Our $99 Premium Tasting Menu will only be for the initial “Stage 1 Re-Opening” period of 1 June – 21 June due to the demanding financial viability of operating just the restaurant alone.

We hope all our loyal customers understand the balance and price point we decided on was necessary to re-open and wasn’t an easy equation or decision to make.

However we wanted to show some positivity, get the wheels in motion and to also be able to again support our Australian and our sponsored international staff by getting our doors open.
